Out Of The Ordinary

I could be wrong, but I don’t think I’ve ever worn a jumpsuit in my life. It’s just not something I would think to wear, so when I came across this number I thought to myself “this is so not me….I should get it!” Every now and then I like to try things I wouldn’t normally do or wear and see how it goes. Sometimes it’s fun to do something different and switch it up, right? I love the deep V neckline and wide leg bottoms- which are very in right now. This jumpsuit made me feel super tall and sleek, which is great for a shorty like myself.

To jazz up a solid-colored outfit, add a thoughtful detail like a touch of print. I think these tortoise shades went perfectly with the basic black jumpsuit.

This is absolutely adorable and very chic might I add! I love jumpsuits because you don’t have to think about matching a top and bottom. It’s effortless!

You seem tall anyway. You look great. I love the color hair. Once again you have inspired me. Summer is coming. I am trying to get in shape so I can wear things that I haven’t. I want to get a nice jumpsuit and romper.

Good choice look nice, it would even be a good Spring choice by wearing light colored or neon accessories.

That’s so funny bc I’ve never worn a jumpsuit before either and was just scrolling through a couple magazines earlier and saw that they’re trending now and thought why not?! lol It’s so easy to dress them both up and down so I might have to snag me one. Love your look!

I’m into jumpsuits as well. I’d recently purchase one from Forever 21 and it was way too big. It was too big on the top half, and it fit me just right on the bottom half. Yes, I was a little disappointed. I will be exchanging for another one. Kim, this jumpsuit looks great on you.

I have no idea how you work that, Kim. I’m 5ft 3 and I saw a really cute jumpsuit the other day but it would have swallowed me! The smallest size was small and it was on the mannequin which was probably 5ft 10 inches or so.) I can’t believe you’re 5ft 3. You look way taller (I’m not even referring to this photo, I’m just saying generally you look taller).

You could try getting it hemmed by a seamstress, since it’ll probably be too long.

Love the jumpsuit on you. A printed short romper may look good on your body type as well with a nice heel.

You just have a knack for knowing what works. This is beautiful on you, and the proportions are perfect for your petite frame. You always hit the mark.

I love how simple but so elegant this jumpsuit is. You did so right but not wearing any heavy jewelries. Good call on trying something new.
You are so classy!!!!

I love this look, I’m trying to try things outside of myself this season too, so I purchased a pair of black culottes from H&M to try out. I had to google where they should fall on my legs since I’m short as well. I had them tailored and will try them out for work.

You just make it look so easy. Always been confused about the whole wide leg thing because I’m so short and my feet so small. I feel like pants like that just swallow me up. Buy you always look beautiful.

I love the look! I never feel like I can pull off jumpsuits because I’m so short. I might have to take a chance after seeing this post!
